May I know the pickup times?

Pickup times depend on you. For private tours, most travellers are picked up between 7 am and 7 pm.

Tipping is always optional. If you enjoy the experience and want to appreciate the tour guide, then gratuity is accepted. Only a 10% to 20% tip is usual.

Is it possible for me to book a tour in a different language?

All our tour guides speak fluent English and are licensed by the Niagara Parks Commission. Further, if you prefer a tour in different language, then you may have to pay for a stand-alone tour guide.

How long should I walk on the tour?
